Our farm/restaurant is run by Juan Sanchez, renowned wine merchant and restaurateur. Among Juan's creations are Semilla, Freddy's and Fish, three Parisian restaurants and the wine shop: La Derniere Goutte. The kitchen is directed by the talented chefs, Sayaka Sawagucchi and Gil Noguiera.
The other founding members are champagne producers Cedric and Emilie Bouchard, Jean Pierre and Véronique Josselin and Peter Lippmann, photographer and Christiane Just and Suzane Christensen.
But this project attracts a diverse group of enthusiasts from different backgrounds. The four associates feel great satisfaction working and learning from this talented group. Pictured is an ongoing and non inclusive gallery of this talent.
