Food is sacred. All religions have had their recommendations and prohibitions. The Guard is not a cult, but we take our food very seriously, from seed to plate. Our head chefs, Sayaka Sawaguchi and Gil Nogueira infuse their cooking with a tangible passion.
We start by cultivating or locally sourcing the best possible ingredients.
Respecting these ingredients is the next step. How to naturally maximize the flavor with restraint and intelligence, that's the grail. We ban fancy plate decoration and the multitude of fashionable taste exciters. Instead, we strive to serve pure, tasty and healthy food at the most reasonable price.
Our lunch menu (entre, main course and dessert) changes every day. We reduce choices to provide thoughtful and creative cuisine, incredible value at 25 euros. Evenings and weekends we propose a variety of different dishes, a la carte, designed to be shared and provide a diversity of fresh regional flavours.
Lunch: Wendsday to Friday (25 euros, three course fixed menu.
Dinner: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunch: a choice of sharing dishes between 6 and 19 euros or "Menu Gallopant" 42 Euros. Sunday lunch, "Menu Gallopant" uniquement.
