Respecting these ingredients is the next step. How to naturally maximize the flavor with restraint and intelligence, that's the grail. We ban fancy plate decoration and the multitude of fashionable taste exciters. Instead, we strive to serve pure, tasty and healthy food at the most reasonable price.
Our lunch menu (entre, main course and dessert) changes every day. We reduce choices to provide thoughtful and creative cuisine, incredible value at 22 euros.
Dinner is "a la carte" with the option of a daily, chef's surprise menu at 32 euros, 4 courses. This menu is available only if the entire table chooses it.
